Safe and relaxing massage therapy to relieve your body and mind in pregnancy and after birth. Practice the art of relaxation and being in the present moment before your big day! Massage consultations can be held in the comfort of your own home, or in my home.

Set yourself up for feeding success (however that looks to you) with gold standard, evidence-based care from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Consultations take place in the comfort of your own home. Appointments are relevant and helpful both before and after birth. Last minute early morning appointments will always be prioritised for families facing high-stress situations. If you need help with feeding, I am here for you. I specialise in assisting a comfortable latch (a comfortable latch will also prevent and heal any nipple trauma), resolving complications such as mastitis, low milk supply, over-supply, and establishing feeding with twins.
